QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field of expertise;5+ years of experience in technical area;Experience working on international donor-funded projects (USAID Preferred)Fluency in Kiswahili and English.
Desired Skills and Qualifications for Managers:
Advanced degreeDemonstrated ability to build and manage diverse teamsAbility to establish successful collaborative working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including private sector, government, local organizations, other donors and the media.Strong written and oral communication skills.Fluency in Kiswahili and English
