Digital Content Manager
The Position:
Reporting to the Digital Brand Manager, He/She will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the Bank’s online presence, through ensuring the Bank’s Website, Portals, Blog and App have sharable and interesting Content.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates across bank functions and Partners to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial calendar for the bank’s Website, portals, Blog and App to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible costCollaborate with internal teams and Digital Agency to generate, update and revise Web and App contentDevelopment of editorial governance and workflows so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.Periodic Web content Audit to ensure no outdated content or dead links, fix links that don't work and pictures that aren't appearing properly.Keep current with emerging web content trends through relevant blogs, listservs, and eventsAssure web-based information is archived for future needs and referenceAccountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.Track and report on all site content metrics and propose improvements
The Person:
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Marketing, Journalism from a University recognized by Commission for University Education.Professional qualifications in Digital MarketingMaster’s degree will be an added advantageAt least 2 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and/or publishing.Working Experience in marketing or communicationsComputer LiteracyShould have good Attention to detailShould have good relationship management skills

Senior Digital Product Development Manager
Reporting to the Head, Digital Financial Services and Mobile Payments, the jobholder will be responsible for digital product and business development of digital services (online services, ecommerce, mobile money mobile payments, digital acquiring etc.), to increase revenue, functionality, usage and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new or enhanced capabilities of various services of Digital Products and businessDevelop and model price and value propositions for digital products and servicesDevelopment of superior user experience and processes on digital servicesDrive deposits, collections, payments and transfers on digital channelsExecute Product implementation between Business; Operations, Technology & all third parties.Maintain service levels agreements with relevant functions and third partiesCreate MIS tools to gauge market perception of various digital products and servicesPrepare project status reports & channel performance presentations on a month-to-month basis or as requiredDevelop work plans for new and improved capabilities, together with internal and external partners and ensuring that timelines are metDevelopment and tracking of KCSA (Key Control Standard Assessment), Audit, compliance and risk assessment – initial and ongoing self-assessment
The Person
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.Master’s Degree or relevant professional qualifications are an added advantage.At least 6 years’ experience in Digital Business or Channels.Proven demonstrable track record of delivery of digital products/services/projects and/or implementations.In depth knowledge of Digital Banking Business, technology & Operations.Experience in Re-engineering of Business, technology & operations.Good problem solving skillsExcellent high quality interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with senior management, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.Strong leadership skills with demonstrated competences in championing high performance management.Excellent project management skills.
