OPERATION MANAGER 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure the efficiency of all operations & works
• Keep a full update on all breakdowns of vehicles, plant, machinery & equipment following it up until completion
• Maintain and manage the vehicular service schedule
• To coordinate & manage all Advent plant, machinery and equipment
• Incharge of monitoring and tracking vehicular movement and its allocation
• Ensure speed and quality of works done by the mechanical team 
• Enforce ISO regulations & systems as set by the company’s Quality Management System
• Ensure the integrity of the workshop area is maintained at all times. 
• Willingness to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations. 
• Establish and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have mechanical engineering degree from a reputable university

Must be good in time management , planning and fuel usage

Must be fluent in both English and Swahili

Must have basic knowledge of Vehicles, Machinery 

Must be able to work under pressure

Must have 3 years experience in the same industry

Must have good managerial skills
